Why Buy the Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch (2017)?
Maxed-Out 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD
Most used MacBooks in Kenya come with 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage. The RAM and SSD on this MacBook are soldered to the logic board and cannot be upgraded later, so the 16GB / 1TB configuration is the smartest long-term choice. You get room for large projects, photo libraries, music, offline files and dozens of open apps without slowdowns or constantly deleting files.
Reliable Core i7 Performance
The Intel Core i7 boosts up to 4.0GHz, keeping demanding apps like VS Code, Xcode, Android Studio, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Photoshop and Lightroom fast and responsive. It is a clear step up from 2015 and older MacBooks, delivering quicker app launches, smoother multitasking and faster file handling.
Sharp, Bright Retina Display
The 13.3-inch Retina screen shows crisp text and vibrant, accurate colour. With 500 nits of brightness and P3 wide colour support, it stays easy to read in bright offices and is accurate enough for photo editing and design work. It is also comfortable for long coding sessions, reading and streaming.
Physical Function Keys
This non-Touch Bar Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch (2017) keeps real Esc and F-keys. Developers, accountants and power users who rely on keyboard shortcuts often prefer this layout because it is faster and more precise than a touch strip.
Premium, Portable Build
The precision aluminium unibody is just 1.49 cm thin and weighs only 1.37 kg. It slips easily into a backpack for class, the office, client meetings or travel, and it is built to last for years of daily use.
