Hours of Operation: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location relative to our store at Moi Avenue, The Bazaar:

Within Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery is typically available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Outside Nairobi: Delivery generally takes 2–3 business days via our trusted courier partners.
3. Shipping Rates

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the laptop/accessory and the delivery destination.

In-Store Pickup: We offer Free In-Store Pickup at our location: Moi Avenue, The Bazaar, 3rd Floor, Room C4. Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Important: As per our Limited Returns Policy, goods once sold are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

We strongly advise customers to inspect the packaging for any signs of physical damage before signing the delivery receipt.

5. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS (based on the contact information provided at signup) containing the courier details and a tracking number where applicable.
6. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Laptops World pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For high-value “Brand New” products, we recommend opting for shipping insurance where available.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
